Used for cleaning the non working face of the return belt of the belt conveyor and suitable for belts that operate in both directions.
1. The metal-free blade is fully made of polyurethane composite material and its high strength, wear resistance and flexibility, low wearing and great smoothness make it no damage to the belt surface.
2. The blade adopts I type design and works on the non-working surface of the belt based on the gravitational constant pressure. It can effectively clean materials falling on the non-working surface of the belt, reduce the material accumulated on the pulleys, prolong the service life of the belt pulleys and avoid belt deviation caused by material accumulated on the pulleys;
3. Splint design of the blade holder makes the blade easy to be maintained and replaced;
4. Installed on the non-working surface of the conveyor return belt;
5. Applied to the conveyance of all kinds of materials and widely used in industries such as building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry, petrochemical industry, coal industry, mining, papermaking, electricity, ports and terminals.
