Belt Conveyor Accessories

Used for cleaning the non working face of the return belt of the belt conveyor. 

1. The metal-free and low-wearing blade is fully made of polyurethane composite material and its smoothness makes it no damage to the belt surface. 

2. The front blade adopts bow arc design with the thickened arc head which enhances the wear resistance and prolongs the service life of the blade and material contact point. Different from traditional flat design, it will not cause the blade to be folded inward due to the bulge of the belt;

3. The pressure spring equipped on the cleaning body makes the return conveyor ploughs not easy to jump during the belt operation and maintain a long effective cleaning results on the belt;

4. Splint design of the blade holder makes the blade easy to be maintained and replaced;

5. Applied to the conveyance of all kinds of materials and widely used in industries such as building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry, petrochemical industry, coal industry, mining, papermaking, electricity, ports and
