The dust removal transfer chute adopted the dust suppression transfer chute with sedimentation function, combines with design manual of DTll(A) and refers to the design requirements of CEMA for transfer chute. It optimizes the cross-sectional shape and effectively suppresses the dust by the principle of inertia dust removal. The dust removal transfer chute is designed as a complete device, which includes main body of transfer chute, dust removal system and non-powered dust removal device (including pressure relief turbulence device, dust removal filtration device, return pipe, S-shaped damping dust curtain, tail sealing device, etc.).
1. The transfer chute adopts fully sealed structure, with wear resisting plate and two layer skirt board on the edge without dust spilling or rising.
2. Dust suppression curtains are installed at each interval in the inside of the transfer chutes (the specific interval distance depends on the air flow). The main purpose is to prevent the air from linear motion. Baffle curtains are installed at the outlet of transfer chute and the end of the tail box end.
3. Use troughing idler and retainer plate structure at the bottom end of the transfer chute, arranged with rectangular UHMWPF wear-resistant liners, and the combination of rolling friction and sliding friction affectively improves the service life of the retainer plate. The retainer plate and the rubber skit board sandwich the belt in the middle, which effectively prevents the belt from "wave shape" during loading, improves the sealing level and ensures the sealing effect. The retainer plate supporting legs are connected by hinges, which can be moved backwards and convenient for maintenance and replacement:
4. Dust suppression air curtains is installed at the outlet (along the belt running direction) of the transfer chute in the loading area with S-shaped layout, which can effectively prevent the dust generated by material falling impact from diffusing outside of the transfer chute. It cooperates with the skit board, can better prevent the dust from diffusing and make the dust deposited inside the blanking chute.
5. In order to ensure that the coal material at the feeding point always falls on the center of the belt, an adiustable guide plate is installed in the transfer chute, which is connected to the support plate. During operation, according to the coal falling situation, open the reserved maintenance hole on the side panel, and adjust the direction of the guide flow by adjusting the bolt with an external hand wheel to achieve the purpose of adjusting the coal falling position. The guide plate can be made of high network alloy plate to improve its service life.
