Hammer crusher
Introduction and Application Scope of Hammer Crusher
Hammer crusher directly crushes materials with a particle size of 600-1800mm to below or equal to 25mm. Hammer crushers are suitable for crushing medium hardness materials such as limestone, slag, coke and coal in industrial departments such as cement, chemical industry, power and metallurgy.
Working principle of hammer crusher
Hammer crushers mainly rely on impact action to crush materials. The crushing process is roughly as follows: when the material enters the crusher, it is subjected to the impact of the high-speed rotating hammer head and crushed. The crushed material obtains kinetic energy from the hammer head and rushes towards the baffle and screen strip inside the frame at high speed. At the same time, the materials collide with each other and are crushed multiple times. Materials smaller than the gap between the screen strips are discharged from the gap. Individual larger materials are crushed again by the impact, grinding and squeezing of the hammer on the screen strips, and the materials are squeezed out from the gaps by the hammer to obtain the desired particle size of the product.
Characteristics of Hammer Crusher
Working hammer head is cast with new technology and resistant to impact.
Required granularity can be adjusted according to customer requirements.
The sealing of hammer crusher structure solves the dust pollution and dust leakage problems in the crushing workshop.
The overall design has the advantages of beautiful appearance, compact structure, fewer vulnerable parts and convenient maintenance, making it an upgraded product.
