XL/XS sand washing machine products are suitable for washing, grading, and dewatering not only quartz sand used in construction sites, sand and gravel plants, concrete dams and glass factories but also pressure sand used for oil well backfilling. XL sand and gravel washing machine is arranged at a tilt angle of 15° and the lower part of the water tank is surrounded by trilateral weir plates to form a sedimentation tank. The spiral head is submerged in the sedimentation tank, and the spiral is driven by an electric motor through a reducer to rotate continuously. The cleaning water is fed into the porous plate at the bottom of the sedimentation tank. The XS wheel sand washing machine is driven by an electric motor and a reducer to continuously rotate the impeller in the water tank in a circular manner, thereby stirring, flipping and washing the ore or slag particles in the water tank and draining the water-washed materials after dehydration in the impeller.
