Electric track ball valve
ZSLQO/ZDSQO series electric track ball valve is a combination of gate valve, ball valve, globe valve, plug valve advantages, to achieve a mechanical wedge tight closing characteristics.
Features of electric track ball valve:

4. Hard sealing surface of anti-wear sphere: The valve core sphere is surfacing with a layer of hard polished sealing surface, which can meet the sealing performance in very harsh occasions.
5. Self-cleaning: when the valve core ball is tilted away from the valve seat, the fluid flows along the sealing surface 360 ° to flush the impurities.
6, flow characteristics: all through the standard diameter, no pressure loss, enhance the system efficiency, and make the corrosion down to very low.

Working principle and structure type
1. Opening of electric track ball valve
In the closed state, when the actuator drives the valve stem to move upward, the angular plane at the bottom of the valve stem causes the ball sealing surface to tilt away from the valve seat, and the valve stem continues to lift and interacts with the guide pin in the spiral groove of the valve stem, so that the ball starts to rotate 90 ° without friction until the valve stem is lifted, and the ball through hole is aligned with the valve channel.
2. Closing of electric track ball valve
When closing, when the actuator drives the valve stem to move down, the valve stem moves down, and the ball starts to rotate, the valve stem continues to move down, the valve stem is affected by the guide pin embedded in the spiral groove, so that the valve stem and the ball rotate 90 ° at the same time, when it is about to close, the ball has rotated 90 ° without contact with the valve seat, the valve stem continues to move down, the ball swings, and is pressed tightly on the valve seat by the mechanical wedge, the valve seat sealing surface produces elastic deformation, and the ball sealing surface closely match, so as to ensure safe and reliable zero leakage.
