EF-C palate gate
The palatal gate is suitable for various loose materials such as ore, coal, coke, ash and chemical products with a stacking density of ≤ 2.5t/m3, and is widely used for unloading at the bottom of warehouses in industries such as building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry and glass.
Ⅱ. Structural characteristics
The palatal gate is formed by welding with carbon steel, which is flexible and reliable in operation without jamming. The use of different transmission devices can meet the needs of different working conditions. The electric palatal gate adopts an electric push rod with overload protection device. It can avoid burning the motor and can be remotely controlled or programmed. The reciprocating stroke can adjust the position for self-locking. The electro-hydraulic jaw gate of Nantong ChinaMining adopts an electro-hydraulic push rod, fully hydraulic transmission, and can achieve stepless speed regulation through both push and pull. The pneumatic palatal gate of Nantong ChinaMining adopts a pneumatic push rod, which can be remotely operated or on-site controlled through a combination of accessories. SEF is manual, DEF is electric, Y is electro-hydraulic, and QEF is pneumatic.

Ⅳ. Working principle
The palatal gate is composed of components such as the body, sector gate, shaft, gear, seal, and actuator. Manually or by an actuator, push the rocker to rotate the gear to drive the sector gate along the axis, causing the two sector gates to open on both sides and the material to immediately fall. After the material receiving device is fully loaded, the actuator will then drive the rocker to reset the sector gate and close and cut off the falling material.
Ⅴ. Instructions for use
When installing, please pay attention to the medium flow direction indicated on the gate body. When connecting two flanges, add sealing gaskets and evenly lock the bolts.
During operation, please distinguish the direction of the sector gate switch and correctly wire the actuator.
During operation, please regularly add lubricating oil to each transmission part.
