Electric flap lock air valve
Purpose
The electric lock air flap valve, also known as the lock air feeder, is widely used in industries such as building materials, metallurgy, chemical engineering, and power. It serves as an ash hopper discharge device for various dust removal equipment and a feeding and discharging device for various grinding, drying, and storage equipment, preventing wild wind from blowing in.
Structural features:
The electric wind locking flap valve adopts a steel plate welding structure, connecting rod, crank transmission mechanism, and automatic reset mechanism with a compact structure and stable and reliable operation.
Working principle
The electric wind lock flap valve is driven by a reducer to drive the transmission rod so as to rotate the upper and lower transmission shafts through a crank, cam, and connecting rod, and is opened interactively. Through the equipped lever system or stretching spring, the valve plate is reliably reset to prevent wild wind from blowing in, and the system's feeding and unloading are completed according to the determined opening and closing frequency.
