Ⅰ. Overview

Air slide is widely-used pneumatic conveying equipment for conveying dry powder materials. In the cement industry, it is commonly used to transport cement and raw meal powder. Because of having no rotating components, the slide has the characteristics of easy maintenance, good sealing performance, no noise and safe and reliable operation in conveying materials. It is widely used owing to its low power consumption, convenient change of the conveying direction and the ability to feed and unload at multiple points. The main components of the inclined groove are the groove body and the breathable layer. This series of products uses PET5-6 (polyester) synthetic fiber fabric as the breathable layer, which is a new type of breathable material. It has advantages such as high temperature resistance (up to 15CTC), corrosion resistance, wear resistance, low moisture absorption, light weight, flat surface and long service life.
