Roller press is a new type of cement energy-saving grinding equipment undertaken by our company. It can completely or partially replace the ball mill system with high energy consumption. It has the functions of less consumables and low noise. It is suitable for new plant construction and can also be used for technical transformation of old plants. After selecting this equipment, the output of the ball mill system can be increased by 40-100%. After extrusion, the fine particles of 0.08mm account for 20-55% of the material cake, and those less than 2mm account for 65-85%. The internal structure of small particles is full of many tiny cracks due to extrusion, and the grindability is greatly improved. The roller surface adopts hot surfacing, and the wear-resistant layer is more convenient to repair.

The roll squeezer is a new type energy-saving cement powder mill firstly manufactured by our company. It can completely or partially replace the ball mill with high energy consumption. The squeezed material pie has 20~55% tiny particles of 0.08mm and 65—85% particles smaller than 2mm. The small particles are full of tiny cracks for being squeezed, so the grindability is greatly improved.
The roll surface is welded in the hot build-up way so that the maintenance of the wear-resistant layer is more convenient.

Working Principle
The roller press is designed according to the principle of bed grinding. Its main features are: high pressure, full speed, full material, and bed crushing. The roller press consists of two extrusion rollers that rotate synchronously in opposite directions, one is a fixed roller and the other is a movable roller.
The material is fed from above the two rollers and is continuously brought into the roller space by the extrusion rollers. After being subjected to a high pressure of 100-150MPa, it becomes a dense cake and is discharged from the bottom of the machine. The discharged cake contains a certain proportion of fine particles. A large number of cracks are generated inside the non-finished particles, which improves the grindability of the material and can greatly reduce the energy consumption of grinding in the further crushing process.
The material passes through the grinding roller in three main stages: full material density, laminated crushing, and agglomeration discharge.
