Yan expressed strong recognition of Jiangsu Zhongkuang Heavy Equipment Co., Ltd.'s achievements and offered five recommendations to the company's leadership:
1. **Align with financial policies** to boost investment efficiency with confidence.
2. **Address labor market realities** by leveraging intelligent and digital transformation to ensure stable enterprise development.
3. **Develop scientific and rational plans** to steadily achieve long-term goals.
4. **Prioritize green and low-carbon development** to proactively explore market opportunities.
5. **Focus on workplace safety** by implementing high-standard management to lay a solid foundation for enterprise growth.
He emphasized that Baidian Town must prioritize enterprise service to stabilize growth, promote transformation, and build momentum. This includes strengthening chain-based and extended-chain recruitment based on existing industries, accelerating the shift from old to new growth drivers, and empowering the development of high-quality productivity.
Peng Hongyu stated that the town will continue to implement group-based agency services for market entities, providing high-quality support for healthy and high-quality enterprise development. Focusing on "enhancing factor productivity," the town will intensify "enterprise-to-enterprise" recruitment efforts to attract more quality projects and contribute to the town's industrial growth.
